How a project moves
Four steps, from the first message to the start of the work. Timings and payment stages are agreed in writing before anything begins.
Contact
You leave a number or call us. We normally reply within the working day, in your language, and talk through what you want renovated and where the property is.
Site visit
We usually see the property within two or three days, free of charge: the state of the services, the real scope and any constraints in the building.
Quote
A written, itemised quote based on that visit, typically within about a week depending on the size of the job. Also free.
Start
We agree and sign off the scope, set a start date and carry out the work with our own team, bringing in specialist subcontractors where the project needs them.

What we are asked most before the first visit.
Which areas do you work in?
Torrevieja and the southern Costa Blanca: Orihuela Costa, Los Montesinos, Guardamar del Segura and Rojales/Ciudad Quesada. For jobs outside that area, ask us by phone.
Do the visit and the quote cost anything?
No. We come to see the property and prepare the quote free of charge and with no obligation.
How long does the quote take?
We usually visit within two or three days and give the quote within about a week, depending on the size of the job. It is given in writing and itemised, with materials.
How long does a renovation take?
As a guide, a bathroom usually takes two to three weeks and a full home renovation two to three months. It depends on the scope and the state of the property; the estimated timescale is set out in the quote.
What warranty do you give?
A two-year warranty on the work carried out. Materials are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
How is payment handled?
In three points: an advance at the start, an intermediate payment during the work and the balance on handover. The exact amounts are set out in writing for each project before anything begins.
Do you deal with permits?
We advise you on which licence and technical documentation your job needs and help coordinate them. Who is named as applicant and which technician is involved depends on the project, and we clarify that before we start.
