A renovation company for complete projects in Torrevieja

Once a property needs more than a single repair, the hard part stops being technical and becomes coordination: the order of the trades, building work meeting services and finishes, and one company answering for the result. That is how URPE Spain handles renovation projects in Torrevieja — the scope is agreed with the owner, the work is planned as a whole, and the agreed areas are carried out, whether that is part of the property or all of it.

Homes and other spaces

Apartments, townhouses and villas, and non-residential spaces too where the project allows for it.

Every project is different

No fixed packages. The scope is set against the actual property and what the owner wants changed.

Several areas at once

One project can cover the bathroom, kitchen, bedrooms, flooring and outdoor areas under a single plan.

What can a full renovation include?

Depending on the project, a renovation may cover some of these areas or all of them. This is the work we normally take on.

Building work

Masonry, construction and general renovation work — the base the rest of the project sits on.

Bathrooms and kitchens

The two rooms that shape a renovation most, through services, tiling and finishes.

Bedrooms and flooring

Bedrooms, floors and interior flooring as part of a general renovation of the property.

Staircases and built elements

Staircases and built features that belong to the project and cannot be solved with furniture.

Terraces, patios and façades

The outside of the property: terraces, patios and façades, which on the coast are handled separately from the interior.

Design and planning

Defining the project and planning the work before anything starts on site.

Not every project includes all of it: the scope is fixed after the property has been looked at.

Renovating houses and apartments

Most renovation projects in Torrevieja arrive as one of these situations. None of them is solved the same way.

  • General renovation

The property works, but it is dated throughout — finishes, layout or services that no longer match how the home is used.

  • Older property

Properties of a certain age, where a partial job falls short and the whole is worth reviewing before deciding where to start.

  • Updating several rooms

Bathroom, kitchen and a room or two, grouped into one project instead of three separate jobs.

  • Renovating before moving in

A recently bought property to be finished before the move, with the work concentrated into one period.

  • Changing specific areas

Work limited to one part of the property, when the rest needs nothing done to it.

Both are valid projects. The difference is not the size of the job but how much of the property has to be touched for the result to make sense.

Full renovation or partial renovation

When a full renovation makes sense

When the work affects several rooms, when services running through the whole property need reviewing, or when changing one area alone would leave the rest out of step. Planning it as a single project avoids doing the same work twice.

When a partial renovation is enough

When the problem is contained — one bathroom, one kitchen, a terrace — and the rest of the property is in good condition. We take on this kind of project too, without extending the work.

The final scope is decided after the property has been assessed, not before.

How we approach a renovation

Four steps, from first contact to the start of work. Each one settles something before the next begins.

01

Understanding the project

What the owner wants changed, in which property, and what result they have in mind. This conversation shapes everything after it.

02

Defining the scope

Which areas are included, what work each one involves and what stays out. Without this, any figure would be a guess.

03

Planning and quote

The proposal is prepared against the agreed scope: work, materials and how the job is organised.

04

Carrying out the work

The agreed work is executed, with the phases of the project coordinated.

What affects the cost of a renovation?

Two renovations of the same floor area can cost very differently. These are the factors that move the figure most, and the reason a serious price comes after seeing the property.

Floor area and number of rooms
One room is not six: both the volume of work and the way the job is organised change.
Current condition
A property that only needs new finishes is nothing like one where services or substrates have to be redone.
Type of work
Building work, bathrooms, kitchens, flooring, staircases or façades carry very different weight within the same project.
Layout changes
Moving walls or rethinking how the space is divided drags services, floors and finishes along with it.
Materials and specification
The choice of materials can separate two quotes for the same scope by a wide margin.
Complexity
Access, the characteristics of the building and constraints of the property affect how the work has to be carried out.

That is why we publish no price per square metre: without seeing the property it would be a figure of no use to the person reading it.

Custom projects

Not every property calls for the same solution. A front-line property does not raise the same problems as an inland apartment, and a renovation meant for year-round living is not the one meant for holiday use. The project is built around the property and what the owner needs, not around a fixed catalogue of packages.

  • The scope fits the specific property, not the other way round.
  • The work can be planned as one job or in phases, whichever suits the owner.
  • English, Spanish and Russian, on two separate phone lines.

Only the bathroom, or only the kitchen?

Not every renovation is a whole-property job. When the project stops at one of these two rooms, each has its own page covering the scope, the layout and what drives the budget.

Frequently asked questions

What owners usually ask before requesting a quote.

What is a full renovation?

It is a project that works on the property as a whole rather than a single room: it can include building work, services, flooring, bathrooms, kitchens and finishes, all planned as one job.

How much does a full renovation in Torrevieja cost?

It depends on the floor area, the condition of the property, the number of rooms, the type of work, the materials and whether the layout changes. We do not give a price per square metre, because without seeing the property it would mean nothing. The way to find out is to request a quote.

Do you also do partial renovations?

Yes. We take on complete projects and also specific jobs — a bathroom, a kitchen, a terrace, a floor — where the rest of the property needs no work.

What work can a renovation include?

Building and construction work, bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, flooring, staircases, terraces, patios and façades, plus the design and planning of the project. What is included in each case is settled when the scope is defined.

How do I request a quote?

Leave your number in the form on this page and we will call you, or contact us directly on +34 665 202 784 (English) or +34 661 026 869 (Spanish and Russian).
